At the heart of Flaming Torch Home Healthcare is Millicent — a registered nurse trained and licensed in both the United States and internationally. Her experience across two healthcare systems gives her a unique ability to blend clinical excellence with cultural understanding.

After years of working closely with patients and families in both countries, she saw a common need: care that truly respects the whole person — not just their health, but their story, culture, and dignity.
